Neighbourgood, Bree St.

This Neighbourgood Workspace is situated on Cape Town’s iconic Bree Street, right next to Clarke’s Bar & Dining Room – a very popular local.  It is part of a growing cultural node, surrounded by some of the best brands, galleries, eateries and cafes that Cape Town has to offer. 

While Neighbourgood is not specifically a shopping destination, it draws a regular co-working crowd, hot-deskers and office tenants to the building. Its location on Bree Street, plus the resident Stellski’s makes it easily accessible and inviting to passersby too. 

The building has been beautifully refurbished, with modern decor and design features, and spaces that open onto a central internal courtyard. High speed internet is included, and all the pop-up retail spaces have basic fittings included, such as flooring, lighting, power points – making it easy to pull in and pop up. 

We’re so delighted to be able to offer spaces for emerging retail brands to pop-up here; and benefit from exposure to the community of digital nomads, and Bree Street’s regular crowd.
