- Contact us with your request details. Let us know when and where you’d like to pop up, and provide a bit more information about your company, products and popup goals.
- We check availability of spaces that match your request, and inform you of the opportunities (location of stores and the popup rental rates).
- We submit your proposal to properties of interest.
- Once our property partners approve your concept and proposal, we arrange a site visit.
- Like what you see? Confirm your popup by signing the lease agreement, paying the rental deposit to the landlord and Sourcing Fee to PopUp Shop Shop.
- Prepare to pop up.
- Do you need our specialised services and shop-fittings:
- Display, furnishings and fittings
- Basic store services such as cleaning, handyman, electricians, etc.
- Brand ambassadors and shop staff
- Point of Sale solutions
- Marketing services
Join our portfolio of popup-friendly properties:
- Let’s list your space. It’s free. We’ll create a property profile with a basic introduction to your shopping centre or the neighbourhood, with images, a floor plan and an overview of your popup terms (minimum period, approx rental and inclusions, etc).
- You send us your vacancy schedules and popup opportunities (size and location of space available and popup rental costs).
- We send you popup requests.
- Once you’ve approved the popup concept and basic terms, we arrange a site visit and client meeting.
- If all’s good to go, you prepare leasing agreements for client confirmation.
- Then you get to see your vacant space come to life with a quality pop-up shop.
